TERMS OF USE AND LIMITED LICENSING AGREEMENT

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

Salted Websites grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web design/s you purchased on our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

A. LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same design once more in order to make another project with the same design. You may not use this website on any other website besides your own.

B. FALSE INFORMATION AND SECURITY VIOLATIONS

Providing us with any false informationis strictly forbidden and will result in permanent termination of your account. We respect the privacy of all our customers, however, our business security and longevity is equally as important. Any behavior which threatens our business security or the security of our website will have their accounts permanently terminated.

C. CONTENT

All content (imagery, clipart and fonts) used in our designs are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you edit using your design. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

Salted Websites recommends the use of the TinyMCE open source editor for your content management. By agreeing to these terms of service, you are stating that you are paying Salted Websites for the service of adding TinyMCE as your open source editor. You are not paying for the editor or its files itself.

D. USER MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. Although, we are not responsible for any results created by your modifications. You take full responsibilty.

E. UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

F. INAPPROPRIATE USE

You may not use this website design for any immoral, inappropriate, or offensive material such as nudity, foul language, sexual behavior, racist remarks, degradation to Christian beliefs, illegal activity, promotion of drugs/illegal narcotics, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by Salted Websites.

G. ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Salted Websites.

H. OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Salted Websites. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

I. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.

J. SALES FINAL

All sales are final. Our websites are sold as is without any warranty or liability of any kind.

ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

THIRD-PARTIES

Salted Websites may point you to third parties in order to complete your website. (i.e. hosting). Salted Websites does not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as these terms of services when you use these services. If any such terms or policies conflict with Salted Website's terms of services, then you must comply with Salted Website's terms of services.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.

"Salted Websites" is under the control of leppdesign, llc. Whenever "Salted Websites" is used in this document, it is in reference to the control of and responsibility of leppdesign, llc.
